As the football season comes to an end, our winter sports are creeping around the corner. One of those sports, that is arguably very popular within the school, is the men and women’s soccer teams. The women’s soccer tryouts were on the 14th of November, the men’s soccer tryouts were on the 15th for JV, and the 16th for Varsity. Coaches took potential players through conditioning, which means they had to run laps around the football field to be timed. On top of that, coaches had them partake in a skill test, they examined the player’s dribbling skills, free kicks, accuracy level, and their team passing.
