Carl’s Jr. moves
Riverside Plaza, an area where the Cinema sits, is the potential new home for Carl’s Jr. The Riverside Plaza contains The Cinema, Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight Tools, Roys Smoke Shop, Work First CalWorks Employment services, KK Nails & Spa, and Dutch Bros Coffee. The Planning Director and Interim City Manager Tom Westbrook shares the renovation plans for Carl’s Jr. He says that they are working on getting lot line adjustment documents solidified to continue construction. He hopes to get the documents submitted to the city.
There are other businesses looking to expand to Red Bluff, like Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Westbrook Construction has also started for a car wash called Surf Thru Express Car Wash on 1225 Metzger Street. Carl’s Jr. will be moved close to Dutch Bros Coffee drive through.
