Stephens was born in Kentucky. She has 3 siblings, and is the second oldest.

Stephens eats, breathes, and drinks soccer. She works very hard and is one of the strongest defense players on her JV team. She has other hobbies including reading, writing, and hanging out with her cat. 

She has written one article, Red Bluff Hosts Christmas Parade.
